I am SORE from P90x Yoga yesterday. Holy moly. I just did this workout and it was phenomenal (thank you FitnessNYC)! I adapted it a little bit- I jogged the recovery minutes and put it on an incline, but I covered 4.75 miles in 45 minutes. Not too shabby! I’m now sitting down to work [...]
