My eats today were pretty standard awesome. Breakfast: 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/3 banana, 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese, cinnamon, 1 T grapenuts, 2 T Zoe’s Raisin Granola, 1 T drizzled White Chocolate Wonderful. It took me an hour to finish! Drenched!

That workout was great! I scorched about 550 calories (including the half mile jog to the gym and back). I added 2 minutes of 7 mph @ 2% plus a minute of 6.5 mph @ 2% to get my mileage to 4 miles. I was absolutely dripping when I got off the treadmill. Then as [...]
