After rocking through Level 3 of 30-Day Shred and 45-minute Power Vinyasa Flow, I was a sweaty and HUNGRY minx.
I couldn’t make up my mind what I wanted to eat, except to know I wanted something savory, something PB, and something sweet. I came up with these:
1/2 Ezekiel Pita (that ripped, oops), Hummus, Spinach, Red Pepper
Other 1/2 Ezekiel Tortilla, PB & Co Dark Chocolate Dreams, Sliced Strawberry… THIS WAS SO DELICIOUS!!!! I highly recommend this combination. Yum yum in my tum tum.
I finished my lunchy with something sweet and voluminous-
Strawberry Chobani, Vanilla Munch Galaxy Granola, Kashi Puffed Cereal. I like flavored Chobani but I wish it had the protein punch that Fage has.
Now I’m stuffed and ready for lots n lots n lots n lots of class and work. Have a great Wednesday!

I personally prefer pita bread with rare roast beef (which you can get at Dierberg’s!), gouda cheese (smoked or not), mayo, and lettuce. I’m pretty traditional, I know.
Nutella with the strawberries would be good, too.
Another thing you can do with pita is put a boca burger (mushroom and mozzarella or black bean and corn), tomatoes, and guacamole on it.

is it just me, or does the pita-with-peppers look like some sort of monster (the pita) that is eating a delicious salad (the spinach and peppers)?
Ok, the strawberries and dark chocolate dreams looks SO amazing. I bet it was great with the ww pita for some chewy-ness. Love the Kashi/greek yogurt combos of any sort! They are so satisfying.
