Bikeran.

Bikram + run + biking = Bikeran (Bike-ran)

It’s 9 am and today I have already

  • Gone to an hour of Bikram
  • Ran 2.5 miles
  • Biked to the grocery store and back

I also had una desauna deliciosa:

1/2 cup Fiber 1, 1 cup Special K Protein Plus (I adore this cereal, HFCS can kiss my booty), 1/2 cup skim milk, 3 GINORMOUS strawberries. I also had some coffee with some half-and-half.

That right there is a breakfast of champions. It was delicious, I felt like I was indulging, and I was wholly satiated with just 315 calories. Boom. I’m all about protein. I’m all about fiber. That baby had both. WINNER!

After rocking through Level 3 of 30-Day Shred and 45-minute Power Vinyasa Flow, I was a sweaty and HUNGRY minx.

I couldn’t make up my mind what I wanted to eat, except to know I wanted something savory, something PB, and something sweet. I came up with these:

Other 1/2 Ezekiel Tortilla, PB & Co Dark Chocolate Dreams, Sliced Strawberry… THIS WAS SO DELICIOUS!!!! I highly recommend this combination. Yum yum in my tum tum.

I finished my lunchy with something sweet and voluminous-

Strawberry Chobani, Vanilla Munch Galaxy Granola, Kashi Puffed Cereal. I like flavored Chobani but I wish it had the protein punch that Fage has.

Now I’m stuffed and ready for lots n lots n lots n lots of class and work. Have a great Wednesday!

I am SORE from P90x Yoga yesterday. Holy moly. I just did this workout and it was phenomenal (thank you FitnessNYC)! I adapted it a little bit- I jogged the recovery minutes and put it on an incline, but I covered 4.75 miles in 45 minutes. Not too shabby!

I’m now sitting down to work with a fantastic cup of Nutella coffee (inspired by Heather and Bender).

It’s a cup of coffee, a scoop of Ghiradelli unsweetened cocoa powder, packet of TJ’s stevia, and Silk Hazelnut creamer. I look forward to it every day. Since I started drinking coffee every morning, I now sleep like a baby every night. I used to get up 3-4 times, but now I sleep like a rock. Any thoughts as to why this is happening? I’m not complaining 🙂 I lo’ it!

Today I have five consecutive hours of class, so I will be able to put Better N’ Peanut Butter to the test. Usually as a snack to power me through classes I have peanut butter on crackers and it can hold me over three hours. Today I’ll do the same, but with BnPB. I must admit, I’m not looking forward to eating it- which is probably a sign to where my review is going. For breakfast I had a huge bowl of cereal, because I simply didn’t want my oats with BnPB. Sad. Although, I will say Puffins are delicious!!!! I am so glad I discovered these lil nuggets of yumminess.
